ENOTECA literally translates to 'wine library'; a term appropriately used in this instance. This restaurant was created in 2004 by father and son combination Giancarlo and Nicola. The original idea was straight forward enough - the promotion of Italian wines, but closely matched with simple and compatible (& classic) homeland dishes. Indeed it is near impossible for Italians to separate the vino and food experience and our multiple visits to the 'mother country' proves that time and time again it is the painfully simple and traditional dishes that leave a lasting impression. And that, thankfully, is what everyone can have the pleasure of experiencing in the heart of Bangkok. Authentic and uncomplicated - a proper Italian epicurean experience.....small Bangkok soi style!
