Takazawa

Yoshiaki Takazawa - Born February 4, 1976 in Tokyo. Raised in a family of cooks, he has been exposed to cooking since he was a child. At the age of 18, he attended a cooking school and worked in restaurants of various genres after graduating. While working as a cook, he attended a wine school and obtained a sommelier qualification. Five years later, at the age of 28, he obtained a senior sommelier qualification. Established Tujour Verne Co., Ltd. in 2005. In the same year, ARONIA DE TAKAZAWA was opened in Akasaka.
