We opened Pepenero in the fall of 2004 as a lively restaurant, inspired by the tradition of rustic Roman pizzeria, the local haunts that churn out thin, crackly-crusted pizzas into the late hours of the evening. Located in several main pockets of Jakarta and Bali, PEPeNERO reimagines and invents fresh pastas and delicious sauces, and celebrates the Italian tradition of cooking seasonal specials.
