Kam's Roast Goose

The Ganpai Roast Goose was founded to commemorate our beloved grandfather Mr. Gan Suihui and our late father Mr. Gan Jiancheng. Our grandfather established Yung Kee Restaurant in 1942 and later became an internationally renowned Roast Goose Restaurant. They have achieved brilliant results and we are very proud of it. We are inspired by the persistence and innovation of the two elders in food, the humility in dealing with others, the courage to try and the hardworking and studious attitude of the two elders. As the third generation, the task of Ganpai Roast Goose is to carry forward their dedication to work, to ensure that the excellent food quality and service attitude make customers feel at home, taste authentic Cantonese cuisine, and pass on this task from generation to generation.
