Japanese cuisine with a taste of 12 months in 7 private rooms with different tastes In addition to the kaiseki table seats, there is a sushi counter with a novel contrast between black and white, and three large and small teppanyaki counters. There are 7 unique private rooms and semi-private rooms with a variety of designs. The dishes served in such a space skillfully express the seasonal feeling of one year and twelve months, as the store name "Junisoh" indicates. The menu is finely rearranged according to the season of the ingredients, and the refreshing breeze of each of the twelve months rises from the dishes. The chef stands on the floor where guests can enjoy their meals, not in the kitchen, and delicately finishes the dishes in front of the guests so that they can experience such a sense of the seasons. The name "Junisoh" was born from the place name "Juniso" that once existed in Nishi-Shinjuku, but it is located in the center of the floor and is an old cloth spun in a distant era. The fabric-covered walls, which are a patchwork-like combination of the above, embody the floor philosophy of giving a new breath to the ancient tradition with its striking indigo vividness.
