Since our establishment in 2011, we have mainly selected fillet of A5 rank Japanese black beef in good condition regardless of the production area. The most delicate umami of the many parts is in the fillet, so we pay close attention to the burning and carefully bake it in a charcoal kiln while removing the fat. Since the far infrared rays of Bincho charcoal can bring out the original taste of the material to the maximum, salt and pepper are not used at all. We are proud that the light, soft and gentle taste is a completely new type of steak in Japan. Please enjoy it with a peaceful time.
