Gouritei has been protected by tradition and goodwill and has nurtured a history of 400 years. Although it is a long-established store that seems to be immutable, it has survived the selection of the times many times and has taken on new challenges. Kaiseki cuisine, morning sardines, and bento boxes, including the famous Gouritei egg , have been developed by modifying the heritage of the restaurant in line with the times, and are now the unwavering taste of Gouritei.
