“Ghin” is our main dining venue. “Ghin” or Eating is a big part of any culture. It reflects a folk way of life , the inherited wisdom of the delicacy along with the history lying beneath. During a religious festive gathering, there’s even a Northern way of saying a phrase “Ghin Hom Tom Muan” which means “Let us get together and enjoy eating” Our kitchen mainly serves Thai and especially Northern Thai food with other international standard food options. All food ingredients are mainly local, mindfully selected, and cooked in a unique style by our fine chefs. So let the food journey begins, and enjoy “Ghin” the way we do.
