PRELUDIO

Preludio is a contemporary dining concept from Chef Fernando Arévalo who constantly seeks to push boundaries. The restaurant occupies the third floor of Frasers Tower, right in the heart of Singapore's business district in Tanjong Pagar and Telok Ayer. Preludio began as a novel concept by moving with time through different iterations called Chapters, now shining the spotlight to focus on its unique brand of Author's Cuisine.
