Stockton

Stockton, a cocktail anthology celebrating Hunter S. Thompson, offers a unique range of cocktails that trace the origins of three core spirits: rum, whisky, and gin. The bar team, consisting of mixologists from Maximal Concepts, won the Tatler's Best Cocktail award in Hong Kong in 2013. Stockton also offers a collection of over 150 whiskies from Scotland, Ireland, America, and Japan. The knowledgeable barmen guide guests through regions and ages, including the five regions of Scotland, Highlands, Islay, Cambeltown, Lowlands, and Speyside. Stockton is open from 6pm to late Monday to Saturday. The bar team includes the creators and mixologists at Maximal Concepts, who won the Tatler's Best Cocktail award in Hong Kong in 2013.
