Apothecary

Apothecary is a bar with an apothecary theme, located on Wyndham Street. It opened in 2021 with the mission to cure ailments through botanical-inspired concoctions. The original team included head mixologist Joe Wong, who was replaced by Kervin Unido. Apothecary offers a series of apothecary-themed creations, including The Herbalist's Notebook menu, Awakening Journey chapter, and Calm Before the Storm menu. The latest menu features 12 bold and flavorful drinks, including four remastered classics, One standout is the Scallion Ramos Gin Fizz, a savory yet refreshing creation combining gin, lime juice, egg white, heavy cream, scallion, dill syrup, and green apple soda.
