Manhattan Bar, inspired by the Golden Age of cocktails and fine drinking, is a grand hotel bar with a touch of old New York glamour and sophistication. Consistently ranked in the World's 50 Best Bars, Manhattan offers artisanal spirits and classic cocktails crafted from house-made ingredients at its in-hotel rickhouse. The bar also features a Broadway Inspired cocktail menu inspired by the lights and showmanship of Broadway. Manhattan's signature Sunday Brunch offers a sumptuous gourmet journey with unique DIY cocktail stations, succulent seafood, and satisfying carving stations. In the late afternoon, Manhattan serves a complimentary warm Raines sandwich with every drink. Beverage Director Rusty Cerven, originally from Slovakia, has over 15 years of experience in the bartending industry, working with esteemed bartender Stanislav Vadrna and winning Bols Around The World Champion in 2013. He co-founded The Gibson in London and worked on the opening of the 1880 Member's Club in Robertson Quay before joining Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford, where he led the Beverage Program for both hotels and various properties across Accor-managed properties in SEA.
