Old Manila at The Peninsula Manila

The Peninsula Manila, a 47-year-old signature restaurant, is a modern dining experience in Old Manila, adorned with Art Deco-inspired geometric patterns and large-scale photographs by Filipino-Spanish photographer Francisco Guerrero. French Chef de Cuisine Gaël Kubler has taken over the helm, introducing a new culinary flair. The Magsaysay Room, the private dining room, is named after the Philippines' beloved President Ramon Magsaysay, whose oil portrait commands the room. The original painting hangs in the Malacañang Palace's reception hall.
