Andrew Walsh, a chef from Breaffy, Ireland, has been working with famous chefs at Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide and Jason Atherton's one-Michelin-starred Pollen Street Social in London. He led the launch of Esquina in Singapore, which quickly became Singapore's top Modern Spanish Tapas space. After working with Atherton, Andrew launched Cure, a modern British restaurant. Cure, focusing on modern European cuisine, was launched in July 2015 and has since become one of the top dining spots in Singapore. The restaurant has won the first star at the Michelin Guide Singapore 2021 and The World's 50 Best Discovery list. This success is a testament to the team's resilience, dedication, and passion for their craft. Although Cure Concepts has established four additional restaurants under its umbrella, including Butcher Boy, Bao Boy, CATFISH Izakaya, 87 Clubstreet, and Ember Beach Club in Desaru Coast, Malaysia, Andrew also serves as a Culinary Collaborator at the Straits Clan members club. He breathes life into the newly renamed Clubhouse Kitchen, focusing on quality ingredients and beautifully executed flavors.
