Claudine, a French neo-brasserie by Julien Royer and The Lo & Behold Group, is a space that celebrates the simple ritual of eating. Singapore-born Sacha Leong and Simone McEwan of Nice Projects have reimagined Claudine as a lively and inviting space, reflecting the authentic and accessible French cuisine. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, from timeless classics to personal recipes with a fondness for locality, designed to be loved by one or shared by many. The main dining hall features a 15-meter-long paper lamp custom-made by Spanish lighting designers Santa & Cole, and plush banquettes dressed in sage green velvet from Paris fabric house Lelièvre. The dining room invites conversation, both loud and intimate, and is perfect for intimate affairs or grand celebrations. The restaurant's finest charcuterie and signatures are carefully curated to elevate the dining experience, making it perfect for gifting.
