Hide KL, a chef's table restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, opened in 2020. The restaurant works closely with farmers and fishermen to ensure the highest quality products. The open kitchen and dining room create an intimate and dynamic experience for guests. Chef Shaun, born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, pursued his culinary career after completing his law degree in the UK. He has studied at the Culinary Institute of America and Michelin-starred restaurants like Le Bernardin and Kato. Hide KL offers a fixed chef tasting menu featuring a variety of seafood, vegetables, meat courses, and desserts. The dining room tasting menu primarily consists of fish and shellfish, inspired by various cuisines and techniques. The restaurant can adjust the menu to accommodate dietary restrictions with a three-day notice.
