Hervé Dining Room

Hervé Dining Room, located in a residential building, offers an intimate atmosphere for romantic dinners or low-key social gatherings. The tasting menu, updated every three weeks, showcases various cooking techniques applied to the best of Vietnamese produce. Diners are served small bites to cleanse the palate between dishes. Chef Hervé, best known for his success at MaSa restaurant in Paris, has been visiting Vietnam to develop and share his contemporary, audacious, and complex creations. He is currently a temporary resident of Saigon and will be headlining a unique culinary experience at Shri, located atop the Centec Tower. The 6-course dinner aims to connect food and people by showcasing Chef Hervé's creativity through an exclusive menu featuring both French and Vietnamese flavors and techniques. The event is a great opportunity to understand Chef Hervé's nickname, "Manipulateur de Saveur," (manipulator of flavors), bestowed on him by Michelin guide director Jean-François Mesplède.
