Roast is a casual all-day eatery that serves hearty, comforting dishes and delicious coffee made with fresh ingredients. The restaurant opened its first branch in 2011 at SeenSpace, inviting the community to enjoy good food, drinks, and conversations. In 2019, the restaurant opened its second branch at EmQuartier and moved to theCOMMONS Thonglor. The latest branch opened in centralwOrld in early 2019. In 2021, Roast celebrated its tenth year and launched two sister brands, MONTY'S and Treats, during the pandemic. The focus is on cooking simply with heart and care, focusing on understanding the potential of their people and helping each other grow. The restaurant aims to share their passion for cooking simply with customers in their menu and welcomes them soon. The team at Roast is at the heart of their business, and keeping them challenged, happy, and inspired is important. They are grateful for the passion and dedication of their team, including the talented chefs, friendly service staff, laundry staff, dish washers, purchasing team, logistics, and maintenance crew.
