The founders, Alex and Charles, discovered their passion for the restaurant industry while in high school and decided to open a burger restaurant to share high-quality burger experiences from Paris or their travels. The mission of Marcel Gourmet Burger is to provide the best customer experience by following a holistic approach, paying attention to every detail in every aspect of the business. They prioritize seasonality, proximity, and sustainability, incorporating local fruits and vegetables from Vietnam's rich terroir. They also partner with organic farmers in Dalat to ship their products regularly.
