Guests are greeted by a welcoming front-of-house team and ushered through brass-framed glass doors into a gallery-like hallway adorned with artwork by Australian artist Steven Cross. These pieces evoke the varied landscapes of Devon, Chef Kirk’s hometown, paying homage to the exceptional produce that shapes his cuisine. A climb up the stairs leads to a thoughtfully designed dining space, blending elegance and intimacy. Guests are offered a curated welcome drink from the sleek bar, setting the tone for a multi-sensory dining adventure. The main dining area opens up to stunning panoramic views of Singapore’s skyline and coastline, offering a breathtaking backdrop to the meal. The centrepiece of the room is a striking floor-to-ceiling light installation inspired by resilient hawthorn trees. Crafted from 20-year-old, hand-blown Italian Murano glass repurposed from the restaurant’s original chandelier, this artwork reflects Chef Kirk’s spirit of innovation and adaptability. A smart lighting system ensures the ambience evolves throughout the day, enhancing the overall experience. The 35-seat dining room features custom-made furnishings, combining organic curves and natural elements to create a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. With seafoam blue banquettes and tree-branch-inspired side tables, every detail celebrates nature’s beauty, aligning seamlessly with the restaurant's philosophy.
