Roganic Hong Kong, established in February 2019 by acclaimed chef Simon Rogan, brings a refined farm-to-table experience to Causeway Bay. The restaurant boasts multifunctional private dining rooms, a kitchen counter, and a stylish bar featuring seasonal cocktails. Inspired by Rogan's three-Michelin-starred L'Enclume, the menu highlights local and sustainable ingredients, sourced from organic farms in the New Territories, emphasizing provenance and traceability. In 2020, Roganic earned its first Michelin star, followed by Michelin Green Stars in 2021 and 2022, recognizing its commitment to sustainability.
