Roast is your go-to all-day eatery, serving hearty, comforting dishes and expertly brewed coffee. Every dish is crafted with the freshest ingredients, and our team of chefs, bakers, coffee roasters, and baristas pour their passion into everything they do. We make most of our offerings in-house, ensuring that every bite and sip is filled with care and quality. Since opening our first branch at SeenSpace in 2011, Roast has been a place for the community to come together, enjoy good food, and create lasting memories. As we grew, we opened a second branch at EmQuartier, and later moved to theCOMMONS Thonglor. In 2019, we expanded further with a new location at centralwOrld, bringing our simple pleasures to the heart of the city. 2021 marked our 10th anniversary, and we've never been more excited for the future. Along with our core menu, we launched two sister brands during the pandemic: MONTY'S, offering freshly baked Montreal-style bagels, and Treats, serving artisanal snacks and pastries. We continue to grow as a brand and a family, always striving to improve and offer something new to our customers. At Roast, our team is the heart of everything we do. From the talented chefs and friendly service staff to the hardworking laundry team, dishwashers, and logistics crew, everyone plays an essential role in making Roast what it is. Without them, we wouldn't be able to create the experience that has become a beloved part of the community.
