In 2011, a group of young entrepreneurs entered the coffee industry with a passion for creating high-quality products after years of research and development. However, despite their excellent offerings, they struggled to make sales, as coffee was often perceived as a bitter drink, and customers lacked the experience to appreciate its true value. Realizing that people needed the opportunity to explore different coffees, they launched Bean Brothers in 2013, a coffee subscription service that sent a variety of coffees to different customers. The response was unexpected and positive, sparking the growth of a thriving coffee community. By 2023, Bean Brothers has helped thousands of coffee lovers discover new flavors and experiences. With seven stores in Korea, four in Malaysia, and a professional roastery, Bean Brothers serves over 600 coffee partners and aims to inspire people in Korea and beyond, changing perceptions of coffee and baristas. The company is committed to fostering a warm community built around great coffee. Its online division has led the way in engaging coffee enthusiasts at home or the office, while its cafes, established in 2014, have become vital gathering places in local communities. The B2B (wholesale) division supports businesses in the coffee industry, solving problems collaboratively. As Bean Brothers continues to grow, its mission remains clear: to create an exceptional community united by the love of coffee.
