FINEPRINT

Fineprint, founded in 2016 by Aussie baristas Scottie Callaghan and James Wilson, started as a neighborhood-style coffee bar in Peel Street. What began as a chaotic mix of a bar and café soon evolved into a unified brand. In 2018, Fineprint began roasting its own coffee, expanded to Tai Hang, and started baking sourdough bread, marking a new phase of growth. By 2020, Fineprint had opened a third branch in Sai Ying Pun, established a production space in Lai Chi Kok, and launched an online shop. The brand thrives on high-quality coffee, wine, and sourdough bread, all served in relaxed, welcoming venues. With the support of the Hong Kong community, Fineprint continues to grow and evolve, focusing on transparency, community, and social responsibility across the coffee supply chain. Fineprint’s house blend, Peel Street Espresso, is a tribute to its roots, offering dark fruit notes, slight acidity, and a milk chocolate finish. The journey from humble beginnings to a beloved neighborhood institution reflects the dedication to great coffee and customer satisfaction.
