Winning the Taiwan and World Coffee Championships was a significant milestone, but the real inspiration for Simple Kaffa's continued growth comes from the meaningful connections and exchanges within the coffee community. Meeting people from diverse fields and experiencing a wealth of stories has fueled the drive to constantly innovate and perfect the craft. In 2011, the first store opened in the heart of Taipei’s East District, a small space where coffee could be shared with others. The early days were challenging, with only a few cups sold each day, but the commitment to quality remained steadfast, focusing on crafting each cup with precision and care. The goal was simple— to meet customers’ expectations and convey the true value of coffee through every sip. This commitment laid the foundation for Simple Kaffa’s long-term dream of bringing high-quality coffee and exceptional customer experiences to the world. Fast forward to 2019, when the flagship store opened on Zhongxiao East Road, near the Huashan Arts and Cultural Zone. This new space symbolizes both growth and gratitude for the support received over the years. Spanning two stories, the flagship store offers a versatile coffee space for everything from solo coffee moments to large gatherings, with a dedicated coffee classroom for hands-on learning. This new chapter reflects an evolving vision for Simple Kaffa, one that goes beyond serving great coffee to shaping the future of coffee culture. As new products are developed and coffee experiences expand, the commitment to fostering a deeper connection with customers, sharing a passion for coffee, and contributing to the broader coffee community remains.
