Akame, a compact 18-seater restaurant, was created by Taiwanese chef Alex in his native territory of the Rukai Tribe in Wutai, Pingtung. Peng who had worked in Singapore with renowned chef André Chiang, specializes in interpreting indigenous ingredients using Western cooking techniques.
