Samsen, Hong Kong’s first authentic Thai noodle house, opened its first restaurant next to the city’s iconic Blue House on Wan Chai’s heritage block in September of 2016 and later again in 2020 in the old neighbourhood of Sheung Wan. A Thai street food concept by celebrated Chef Adam Cliff and his partner Bella Kong, Samsen brings the bold flavours from Thailand to bowls in Hong Kong.
