Foxglove

Foxglove is embodied by the character Frank Minza, a death-defying adventurer with a taste for rare spirits. His voice carries through from elements of design to the menu selection, evoking the golden age of aviation and travel by implementing a replica of a 1940s Gloster jet engine mounted behind the stage, and identifying cocktails by their era of time. With Foxglove, we aim to establish an institution in the heart of Central: a place that feels comforting with a dash of sophistication. Named after the poisonous flower, the venue is set for one of Hong Kong’s most exclusive jazz lounges, an elegant establishment modelled on the great drinking dens of the 1950s.
