Laksa is a noodle dish that is popularly eaten in Southeast Asia. This is a typical menu of Peranakan cuisine (Peranakans cuisine), which was created by mixing Southern China cuisine and Malay Peninsula cuisine. Like Japanese ramen, there are many different types depending on the region. Our Laksa is Singapore's Katong Laksa. It features a rich soup with shrimp broth, richness of coconut milk, and various spices. I was impressed by the deliciousness of the laksa I ate during my trip to Singapore, and I trained under a Singaporean chef to learn the authentic laksa. Please enjoy the authentic laksa, which is hard to eat in Japan.
