Our shop is located in a corner of Nishijin, Kyoto. Founded in Kyoho 7 (1722), he first ran a sake brewery (Manya), later became a restaurant and changed the name to "Mankamerou" for about 300 years, and is now the 10th generation. In addition, we have officially inherited the Ikenma style kitchen knives (30th generation Shoho Ikenma) and employment dishes related to Gosho. While valuing "steadiness, wiseness, and humility," I would like to continue to devote myself even further. Thank you for your continued guidance, encouragement, and patronage.
