Bar DE LUXE is a Hong Kong Japanese Cocktail Bar located on the oldest Hong Kong street - Pottinger Street, Central. Overseen by the legendary Japanese mixologist Hidetsugu Ueno, the founder of BAR HIGH FIVE, Japan's internationally acclaimed cocktail bar. Ivin Hui is now head bartender, a local lad who started at Butler and recently completed his training under Ueno's tutelage in Japan.
