Flow Bar is co-founded by Ricky Paiva and owners of Restaurant JAG – chef Jeremy Gillon and Anant Tyagi. Initially conceptualised by Anant and Chef Jeremy as a series of year-long collaborations with like-minded bartenders, the partnership was so successful it led to a permanent foothold.
