The Old Man is a cocktail bar in Soho, Hong Kong, inspired by Ernest Hemingway's 1952 novel. It is the first Hemingway-themed bar in Hong Kong with an Asian touch. Located on Aberdeen Street, the bar has an award-winning team and is known for its inventive libations. The establishment received Tatler's Best Cocktails award in 2017, and has since expanded to Singapore, bringing a unique brand of esoteric cocktails to the city. The Singapore branch opened in 2018.
