Sühring

Sühring, a German restaurant, has been serving modern German cuisine since March 2016. The restaurant, owned by Thomas and Mathias Sühring, combines traditional dishes with contemporary Central European influences. The restaurant offers a warm, inviting atmosphere, with all drinks following the same philosophy as the twins' cuisine. Sühring offers four dining ambiances, each with its own unique focus on quality, style, and comfort. The main dining area is the cozy "Dining Room," which provides a relaxed and homely dining experience. The dynamic "Kitchen" offers a unique view of the kitchen, while the "Glass House" offers a peaceful and natural atmosphere with a beautiful garden view. The "Living Room" can accommodate up to eight people privately. The restaurant's culinary journey began during their annual school summer breaks at their grandparent's farm, where they learned traditional cooking techniques like fermentation, pickling, smoking, drying, and curing.
