Mia, a fine dining restaurant founded by chef-duo Pongcharn "Top" Russell and Michelle Goh, offers a seasonal tasting menu inspired by their Michelin-starred training in Europe and Asia. The duo sources the best produce in Thailand and combines their passion for culinary arts with a creative approach to European flavors and Asian ingredients. Mia also features a classy cocktail bar, Behind The Curtain, led by Bar Manager Marc Perez Rodriguez, offering well-crafted concoctions and signature small bites in an intimate atmosphere. The private dining room can accommodate up to ten guests, offering a culinary experience crafted by Top and Michelle. Inside Behind The Curtain, customers can enjoy an exclusive omakase dessert experience, featuring confectionary creations by Chef Michelle Goh and bar manager Marc Perez Rodriguez. Mia offers one function per night for parties of six people.
