CASPAR

Caspar is a contemporary restaurant that offers authentic Spanish cuisine made with the finest ingredients and a stylish touch. The restaurant features high ceilings, rustic walls, and handcrafted teakwood cupboards, drawers, and nails. The architect Bill Bensley created a fluid flow in-between areas, including the Main Dining Area, Bar, Lounge Area, and Lounge on the mezzanine floor. A modern tropical outdoor area with colorful canopy sofas is perfect for a lazy weekend brunch or post-work session. Chef Rafael Martinez Millan, born in Valencia, grew up with a passion for local produce and ingredients. CASPAR offers modern takes on traditional Spanish dishes and comfort food, including Alitas Picante, hot wings, Arroz Negro Alicante, and squid ink Paella infused with thick seafood broth. For dessert, guests can try Leche Con Galletas or classic milk cookies with white creamy foam and cream custard at the bottom. The restaurant's culinary team has worked with some of the world's most talented and Michelin-starred chefs in modern and traditional Spanish cuisine.
