Roganic

Roganic Hong Kong, opened in February 2019, is a restaurant by chef and restaurateur Simon Rogan in Causeway Bay. The restaurant, which features multifunctional private dining rooms, a kitchen counter, and a destination bar with seasonal cocktails, focuses on local and sustainable ingredients. Roganic Hong Kong offers a city-centric farm-to-table dining experience and incorporates elements of his three-Michelin-starred L'Enclume. The restaurant is committed to provenance and traceability of ingredients, using produce from local, organic farms in the New Territories. In 2020, Roganic Hong Kong was awarded a Michelin star, and in 2021 and 2022, it was awarded the Michelin Green Star by Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau. The food is forward-thinking and imaginative, using only the freshest and most exceptional local produce from the best suppliers.
