Estro is the first restaurant by Italian Chef Antimo Maria Merone, launched in partnership with JIA group. A Naples native, Antimo is a pioneer in rewriting Italian cuisine rules through modern cooking techniques. Estro's refined tasting menus draw inspiration from Antimo's homeland, evoking rich memories of his ancestors, history, and childhood. The restaurant acknowledges Antimo's Neapolitan roots while showcasing his creativity and progressive style. Estro's dishes are inspired by Antimo's experience, background, and roots, and are created as an ode to his memories. The restaurant offers wholly original and deeply personal dishes, inviting guests to embark on an evocative sensory experience forged by memories. The restaurant also features over 1,000 wine labels from all over the world, sourced from Northern to Southern Italy and old to new world. The passionate Sommeliers Team will guide guests through pairing the perfect wines according to their palate and food choices. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance, and new days are released every day at 10am (Hong Kong time).
