Hansik Goo, a Korean restaurant, aims to deliver a bold interpretation of the diverse Korean culinary culture. Chef Mingoo's menu offers authentic Korean flavors with a creative flair. The restaurant's unique atmosphere is crafted by Area Plus, a Korean interior design studio known for fusing traditional elements with contemporary design. The restaurant features elements inspired by Bu-Eok, the old Korean kitchen and hearth, and a fabric window created by JEONG Hyunji. A dark wooden pillar and blocks made of old Korean wood symbolize the fundamental nature of Bu-Eok. The space's earth tones harmonize with clean, minimalist white walls, forming the basis of Hansik Goo's color palette. The Korean ambiance is further amplified by the display of artworks from internationally renowned Korean artists, such as CHUNG Chang-sup's "meditation" series and LEE Bae's "Issu de feu." The restaurant's goal is to create a warm and authentic atmosphere that reflects the rich cultural heritage of Korea.
