Les Amis, Singapore's first independent fine dining restaurant, was founded in 1994 by a group of friends who shared a love for French culture and cuisine. The restaurant's founders, who were inspired by top French restaurants, opened the restaurant based on their shared appreciation. Les Amis has since earned numerous awards and recognition, including the coveted "Three Pillars" - 3 Michelin Stars for food, 5 Stars by Forbes Travel Guide for service, and a Grand Award by Wine Spectator for wine. Chef Sebastien Lepinoy, the 3 Michelin Star Chef, has transformed the restaurant and its teams into award-winning establishments. Lepinoy's recipes feature prized seasonal ingredients sourced from France, prepared with finesse and technicality, showcasing true mastery of French gastronomy.
