Nae:um

NAE:UM is a contemporary Seoul cuisine restaurant that combines modern Western techniques with Korean heritage flavors. Founded by Chef Louis Han in late 2019, the restaurant aims to reflect the dynamicism of Seoul, an international city with strong roots and traditions. The name "NAE:UM" is a poetic Korean word referring to a fragrance that evokes memories, embodied by the goal of creating innovative dishes that bring a sense of nostalgia to diners. Chef Han, born and bred in Gangnam, Seoul, has lived with a juxtaposition of Western cultures and Korean traditions since childhood. He has served with the United Nations in Lebanon and Abu Dhabi before settling in Singapore.
