Mountain and Sea House

Mountain and Sea House is a gourmet Taiwanese eatery that combines modern and traditional cooking techniques to create a rare taste of Taiwanese cuisine. The restaurant, which owns Nan'ao Fengyuan Farm, has spent two years redeveloping traditional methods using local ingredients to create a unique Taiwanese feast. The restaurant uses local free-range mountian chicken and Taiwan Black Pig pork for its traditional flavor, while the chicken is obtained from the local free-range mountian chicken. The culinary process begins with the origin of food, ensuring customers enjoy mouthful local food with authentic tastes. One popular Hakka festival dish is pork belly and skin stewed with shredded bamboo shoots. The restaurant's building, which opened in 2014, reflects the romantic style of the Japanese Meiji Taisho period and is deeply influenced by the European romantic landscape. The restaurant features arch-filled walls, common furniture of noble families, and a unique garden landscape, showcasing the owner's hospitality and hospitality.
