The Blooming Gallery is a tea cafe and bar in the gold district, inspired by Claude Monet's landscape paintings. Nestled in a glasshouse setting with lush greenery décor, the cafe serves up to 20 aromatic tea brews, comforting homemade dishes, and desserts inspired by Monet's masterpieces. The cafe was created by Jinn-Slith Dilgien and Mr. V-Savira, two girls who love nature, flowers, and tea culture. They adopted European tea culture as a hallmark in the city, offering a shop-specific bland tea recipe and imported tea-related products. The atmosphere inside the cafe blends with the beauty and shadyness of the flower garden, with inspiration from Impressionist paintings by favorite artist Oscar Claude Monet. The shop's steps aim to be hidden space for relaxation, while also incorporating rustic style. The cafe is divided into three main zones: the flower garden zone, the bar zone, and side zones, all of which have orange lights. Every menu at The Blooming Gallery includes tea and flower deltels, with recommended snacks like Home Fries with Hondashi (150 baht) and The Blooming Garden (350 baht) Lava chocolate cake made from real dark chocolate from Belgium. The candy is decorated like a small model garden, and A Path in the Forest (380 baht) features Matcha Moose, which divides layers to add flavor. There are up to 22 types of tea to choose from, but only 5 special types are served at The Blooming Gallery, including My Dear Rose, Mixed Fruit Roses, I Adore You, Mixed Roses, Fruit, My Last Blue Valentine, Berries Family Tea, Little Mistree, Mint Tea, and Mr. Caranello Caramel Tea. Each has a unique odor and taste. The My Last Blue Valentine (180 baht single glass with 350 baht candy set) is a mixed berry bowl blended with a 5-flavorite soap dessert set, including Earl Gray, Slavender (Lavender), Rose (Rose), Risinal (Plain), and natural flavors.
